Sound Bath

Sound Baths have become one of our community’s favorite ways to relax. Join Techny Prairie Activity Center for a rejuvenating and immersive full body listening experience using therapeutic sounds and vibrations to restore harmony in the mind, body and spirit.
During a Sound Bath, participants lie on a mat while our certified instructor, Brook, plays a variety of instruments – such as crystal bowls, chimes and tuning forks. The frequencies from the sounds create a meditative and calming atmosphere, helping alleviate stress and promote deep relaxation. Blankets are available, or bring your own. All levels welcome.
