Lacrosse

Children ages 5–7 will be introduced to the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun and engaging environment. This program helps young athletes build confidence and coordination while learning the basic rules of the game. Participants will develop key skills such as scooping, cradling, passing, catching, shooting, and more through active play and age-appropriate instruction.

Instruction will be led by Shermerville Lacrosse.

Prepare for the spring lacrosse season with a dynamic skills clinic designed to elevate your game. Players will focus on improving core techniques including shooting accuracy, defensive positioning, passing precision, and effective team play. Each session will feature situational drills and live gameplay to reinforce strategy, decision-making, and on-field communication.
