We are committed to providing a variety of active learning opportunities that promote teamwork, friendship and fun. Through individual successes and team activities, campers develop a stronger sense of self-confidence, while creating memories that can last a lifetime.
Northbrook Park District offers half-day options for ages 3-5, full-day camps for ages 5-14, and one-week camps to fill your child’s summer. The choices don’t stop there: payment plans, extended care and a lunch program from Kiddos Catering are also available.
Camp groups are formed by age, school and/or ability. Friendship requests are not available; children in the same camp will have the opportunity to be with their friends in other groups throughout the day. Families will receive an email with the Camp Parent Handbook and detailed information in May.

Kick off the summer with this one-week sports camp. Campers are grouped by age and enjoy a variety of sports and related activities.
Jump into summer with this one-week pre-camp that runs from the end of school until the beginning of Session I camp.
Campers will enjoy a variety of arts and crafts, sports, games, scavenger hunts, and more based on a daily theme. Campers will venture out on two local field trips each session.
Each day is a different theme so no two days are ever the same. Campers will participate in variety of activities, games, arts and crafts, and more in this classic camp atmosphere. Campers will venture out on weekly field trips, participate in swim lessons, and go swimming.
Learn a new sport each week with friends! Campers learn the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship through specialized training. This camp includes swim lessons and weekly field trips.
Each session may include instruction on the following; basketball, volleyball, baseball, handball, soccer, tennis, track and field, flag football, floor hockey, bowling and ultimate Frisbee.
Each day is based on a new theme. Campers participate in a variety of activities, games, arts and crafts in this classic camp atmosphere.
Campers enjoy daily skating instruction, practice time and an off-ice dance class in this popular camp that groups children by grade and skating level. Sessions include arts and crafts, cookouts, field trips and open swim times.
Players focus on training and improving skills through concentrated exercise and drills, coached by the Northbrook Hockey League staff.
Campers are involved in the creative process of plot, characters, costumes and props. Each session of the two sessions will produce a different production.
A recreational sports camp for junior high children of all ability levels. Campers will learn and compete in team sports including basketball, soccer, flag football, lacrosse, tennis, floor hockey and volleyball.
Counselors in Training invites 14 to 15-year-old campers to participate in Northbrook Camps while learning to mentor, program, and troubleshoot their way through issues all while training to become a camp counselor.
Join us after summer school classes for arts and crafts, games and themed activities! Camp coordinates with the Summer School dismissal times at D28 and D30.
Students will engage in outdoor and indoor games, sports and activities in a fun day camp atmosphere at Northbrook Junior High. Students enrolled in the Math or Reading Intervention program with D27 can register for this camp following their academic program.
Explore the game of golf for the first time, learning basic skills through fun games. A step-by-step process focuses on fundamentals and skills with on-course play during the week.
Golfers continue to explore how fun the game truly is while improving basic full swing and short game strokes. Students will also learn about rules, etiquette and safety while playing on-course at Anetsberger.
Players learn how to manage the course strategically while enhancing fundamentals and shot-making skills. Structured practices incorporate skills challenges and competitions to develop skills under pressure.
Players develop skills to play competitive golf. Our tournament experienced staff covers the advanced short game and full swing techniques, as well as course management, green reading, pre-shot routines, shot selection, mental strategies, practice and scoring techniques.
Extend your summer fun with an extra week(s) of Camp. Children will enjoy arts, crafts and games. Campers can expect a variety of thrilling experiences.
