Auditions for ‘High School Musical 2 JR.’
Calling all 8-14 year olds interested in performing on the stage! Join Northbrook Theatre Youth Company for High School Musical 2 JR. this winter. Directed by Katie Denten, David Zizic, and Rhys Steele.
Synopsis
East High is out-of-school for the summer, and Troy, Gabriella, and all their friends have just gotten jobs at Lava Springs Country Club. From golfing to talent shows, the Wildcats are having a great summer — until friendships are put to the test.
The sequel to Disney’s hit 2006 film, High School Musical 2 is filled with twice the fun—come join us!
Auditions
Auditions for High School Musical 2 will be held 1/6 and 1/7 from 4:30-7:30 pm. Callbacks (if necessary) will be held on 1/8 from 4:30-6:30 pm. All registrants should fill out the Google form at the bottom of their registration receipt to schedule an audition appointment.
Rehearsals
Families will have the option to register for the Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday cast. Rehearsals will be held on each cast’s designated day, with an additional weekly rehearsal each Sunday beginning at the end of February.
Performances
Performances will be April 11 and 12 at 10am, 1pm, and 3:30pm.
