Synchronized skating is a team discipline of figure skating where a group of skaters perform as one unit, executing difficult patterns, steps and movements with speed and precision in unison to music. Synchronized skating combines the grace of ballet, the elegance of ice dancing and the thrill of split-second maneuvers.
Teams Elite
Teams Elite opens in new tab, a synchronized skating club and affiliate of the Northbrook Park District, starts their season in May and it runs through February. Members experience team-building activities and learn leadership skills while bonding as a team through weekly practices and monthly competitions.

Discover the fun of synchronized skating. Teams Elite coaches will teach basic synchronized skating elements and skills. Skaters will experience team bonding while making new friends.
