Northbrook Brewfest, a craft beer tasting event, will be held in downtown Northbrook on Saturday, October 16 from 2-6pm in Village Green Park.

Presented by the Northbrook Park District and the Village of Northbrook, this event for ages 21 and over includes beer tasting, entertainment, games and fun. Fifteen breweries will provide tastings at the event, including:

  • Two Brothers Brewing Co. – Warrenville, IL
  • Brickstone Brewery – Bourbonnais, IL
  • Sierra Nevada Brewing Co – Chico, CA/Ashville, NC
  • Firestone Walker Brewing Co – Paso Robles, CA
  • Dogfish Head Craft Brewery – Milton, DE
  • Sketchbook Brewing Co – Evanston/Skokie, IL
  • Smylie Brothers Brewing Co – Evanston/Chicago, IL
  • Alarmist Brewing Co – Chicago, IL (Sauganash)
  • Revolution Brewing Co – Chicago, IL (Avondale/Logan Square)
  • Rogue Ales – Newport, OR

The $45 admission fee includes 15-5oz. tasting tickets, entry gift bag with tasting glass, entertainment provided by Chicagoland band Maggie Speaks, inflatable axe throwing, and a free prize drawing in an amazing downtown venue in the heart of Northbrook. Food will be available for purchase at the Louie B. Fresh food truck. An access only pass to the event can also be purchased for $15 per person. Access only passes do not include promotional items or tasting tickets.

With amazing breweries, fun games and a fantastic band, this event is sure to become a new favorite in downtown Northbrook!” said Northbrook Park District Director of Recreation Eileen Loftus. “We look forward to seeing everyone in the park on October 16.”

This event is for adults 21 and older. No one under 21 will be admitted. IDs and tickets will be required at the gate. Tickets are limited. In the event of inclement weather, this event may be canceled. Outside food and drink are not allowed at Northbrook Brewfest. Additional tasting tickets will not be available for purchase.
