Joe Doud Administration Building

This building houses the administration offices, Parks and Properties offices, and the Maintenance garages for the District.

History

The Park District purchased the building in 1994 and renovated the facility to accommodate the various departments. In 2010, the building was renamed the Joe Doud Administration Building in honor of the Park District’s first executive director, Joe Doud. He served more than 35 years at the District and retired in 1997.
