Gobble up the fun and shoot your shot!
The Northbrook Park District’s Turkey Shoot Free Throw Contest will be back from 6pm-9pm on Friday, November 21 at Techny Prairie Activity Center.
“Whether you are a little turkey or a seasoned bird, this event blends friendly competition, seasonal spirit and is appealing for all ages,” Recreation Supervisor Dan Catron said.
The 5th annual edition of the contest will give prizes for the best shots.
Each participant shoots 15 free throws. First place in each age division receives a turkey, and second place in each age division receives a pie.

Approximate arrival times on November 21 are as follows:
Ages 6-7 • 6pm
Ages 8-9 • 6:45pm
Ages 10-11 • 7:15pm
Ages 12-13 • 7:45pm
Ages 14 & Up • 8pm
