Am Wyckoff is an educator, music director, and theatre artist based in Chicago. They are a trained classical and jazz pianist, singer, and theatre performer who believes in the power of music to transform artists and audiences. They trained as a theatre teaching artist with Trinity Repertory Company in Providence, Rhode Island, and have been teaching private voice and piano lessons for five years to students of all ages and skill levels.
Am strives to be a flexible educator who can support every student’s unique learning style, artistic goals, and musical passions. They believe in giving students the agency to make their own artistic decisions, the tools to become confident and expressive musicians, and the confidence to be strong advocates for themselves and others. They are so excited and grateful to join the Northbrook community!
