Meet John

After many years working in marketing and advertising, John took a career change and found himself working at TPAC. Having always been active, whether it’s through walking, lifting, or cycling it was a natural transition for him.

John is a certified Personal Trainer through NASM and his training philosophy is as follows: “I believe in evidence-based exercise and tailoring training programs to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I focus on understanding clients’ lifestyle, fitness level and aspirations to create a personalized plan that promotes long-term success. I value my education and continued learning. My goal is to help everyone feel comfortable, and look forward to their next workout. I am here to help you reach fitness goals, whatever they may be.”
