Northbrook Brewfest is back for another afternoon of craft beer tastings, live entertainment, food and excitement. The popular event that brings 21+ fun to Village Green Park returns Saturday, September 10, from 2pm to 6pm. Recreation Supervisor Mary Mucci explained, “Last year’s inaugural event was sold out and we predict this year will be also.” Tickets are on sale now at nbparks.org/brewfest.

Presented by the Northbrook Park District and the Village of Northbrook, this event for ages 21 and over includes beer tasting, entertainment, games and fun. Around fifteen breweries will provide tastings of a variety of IPAs, ciders, stouts and more.

“We are so excited to partner with the Village to bring Brew Fest back to Village Green Park,” said Park District Board President Lisa Chalem. “This event, featuring beer tasting and live music, was a huge success last year, and brought people together to enjoy our community and our parks. Be sure to get tickets before we sell out!”

“The Village of Northbrook is thrilled to offer this event, in partnership with the Park District, to our residents over the age of 21,” said Village President Kathryn Ciesla. “Enjoying craft beer, food, and entertainment at Village Green Park with your friends and neighbors is a great way to spend one of the last few days of summer. I hope to see you there!”

The $45 admission fee includes 15-5oz. tasting tickets, entry gift bag with tasting glass, entertainment provided by Infinity – a band performing “Classic to Current: The Ultimate Rock Experience,” a free caricature artist, and a free prize drawing in an amazing downtown park in the heart of Northbrook. Food will be available for purchase from Johnny’s Snack Shop and Northbrook Brewfest t-shirts will be available for purchase for $15. An access only pass to the event can also be purchased for $15 per person. Access only passes do not include promotional items or tasting tickets.
