Start 2020 on the right path with group fitness classes!
Classes begin the first week in January and range from low-impact workouts featuring yoga and strength training to high-intensity dance workouts.
“We have a lot of excellent group fitness options to choose from,” said Recreation Program Manager Meri Shea. “Group workouts keep you energized and focused and you receive encouragement from fellow participants.”
The District recently added new classes to its group fitness selections, including Hatha Yoga and the dance fitness workout Groov3.
