BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than you would on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

BODYPUMP™ is officially on the regular group fitness schedule as of February 21! The current group fitness schedule will stay in effect until that date. Stay tuned for more details around the festivities and fun involved during our first week of classes!

Every participant who comes to a class gets a free small gift! Raffles for bigger prizes such as TPAC branded water bottles and towels, Liberty Loop Tshirts, small fitness equipment TPAC gym bags and more!
