Join certified Yoga instructor Karen Achtman on December 6 and December 13 from 11-11:45 am for a fun opportunity to slow down, play, and reconnect. Open for children ages 9 months to 4 years. An adult must attend. Free for TPAC members, $10 for non-members.
Techny Prairie Activity Center will be hosting an Essentrics Pop-Up class on Thursday, December 7 and Thursday, December 21 from 11 am-12 pm in Studio B! Essentrics is a functional fitness class designed to address the needs of your full body; to build global strength and mobility while being respectful to its natural limitations.
