Join us in celebrating National Senior Health & Fitness Day with a variety of free health & fitness programming tailored for seniors. The day will include experts who will address health-related topics, body composition analysis with InBody Scans, fun games, giveaways, healthy snacks and more. The day also includes free Open Gym Pickleball, Special Group Fitness Classes, and access to the Walking Track.
