The 2023-2024 Dog Park Membership Season starts July 1, 2023 and runs through June 30, 2024 (no prorating). The yearly fee is $60 for the first dog, and $30 for each additional dog. The Dog Park is only open to residents of Northbrook or Glencoe.

Download the Dog Park Application and Veterinarian Verification Form using the button below or pick up a copy at one of the following locations:
- Leisure Center, 3323 Walters Ave
- Northbrook Sports Center, 1730 Pfingsten Rd
- Techny Prairie Activity Center, 180 Anets Dr
Bring the completed forms, along with proof of a current Village Animal License, to a location listed above. If you have not completed a Family Data Form, bring a photo ID and utility bill to confirm residency.
