Free outdoor concerts are coming to the Northbrook Park District’s Meadowhill Park Velodrome!
Set for Tuesday nights August 11, 18 and 25, Music at Meadowhill concerts will take place at Meadowhill Park, inside the Ed Rudolph Velodrome, 1479 Maple Avenue. Seating begins at 6pm, with group seating every fifteen minutes and music starting at 7pm. Registration per patron is required, and individual seating times will be assigned prior to the concert. -August 18: One Night Band (Top 40s hits spanning the decades)
-August 25: The Millennials (Classic Rock, Pop)
Additional information:Face coverings are required for all attendees following CDC guidelines until patrons are seated and physically distant from other patrons by at least 6 feet. Face coverings are required for entry, exit, and any other movement within the park. Staff will always wear face coverings. Band members will be located on a stage distanced from the audience and wear face coverings offstage and will be removed only while performing onstage.
There is no fixed seating available at the event; patrons are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit on while watching the concerts. Patrons can bring their own snacks and beverages. No food or drink will be sold at the event and no alcohol is allowed.
