Tuesdays in the Park are back at Village Green Park! Grab your chair or picnic blanket and head over to enjoy fun performances in the park, different every week. Entertainment for younger audiences starts at 6:30pm, and all ages entertainment at 7:15pm. Be sure to stop by the Northbrook Park District table to enter our free weekly prize drawings and maybe get a fun giveaway item too!
At 6:30 p.m., sing along and dance along to Miss Jamie’s Farm, who will take the audience on a magical barnyard adventure with interactive features, well-known farm songs and original tunes that teach healthy eating and responsible farming in a fun-filled way.
At 7:15 p.m., The Wayouts will play 1960s garage rock hits by artists like The Kinks and The Animals, with an exuberant performance that brings fresh life to classic songs. The band will please audiences of all ages with its mix of innovation and nostalgia.
In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors to the Northbrook Theatre located at inside the Northbrook Park District Leisure Center, 3323 Walters Ave. Please note, alcoholic beverages are prohibited at this event. Dogs are prohibited during park events per Northbrook ordinance.
