DESCRIPTION:Sound Baths have become one of our community’s favorite ways to relax. Join Techny Prairie Activity Center for a rejuvenating and immersive full body listening experience using therapeutic sounds and vibrations to restore harmony in the mind\, body and spirit. \nDuring a Sound Bath\, participants lie on a mat while our certified instructor\, Brook\, plays a variety of instruments – such as crystal bowls\, chimes and tuning forks. The frequencies from the sounds create a meditative and calming atmosphere\, helping alleviate stress and promote deep relaxation. Blankets are available\, or bring your own. All levels welcome. \nAvailability & Registration
