DESCRIPTION:September 13\, 2025\nA sound bath is an immersive\, full body listening experience which uses therapeutic sounds and vibrations to restore harmony in the mind\, body and spirit. During a sound bath\, participants lie down while the practitioner plays a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls\, chimes or tuning forks. The frequencies from the sounds create a meditative and calming atmosphere\, helping alleviate stress and promote deep relaxation. All levels welcome.
