A sound bath is an immersive, full body listening experience which uses therapeutic sounds and vibrations to restore harmony in the mind, body and spirit.
During a sound bath, participants lie down while the practitioner plays a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes or tuning forks. The frequencies from the sounds creat a meditative and calming atmosphere, helping alleviate stress and promote deep relaxation. All levels welcome.
