Calling all community members ages 18+ interested in performing on stage! Join Northbrook Community Theatre for Fools this fall. This will be Northbrook Community Theatre’s first all adult-cast play in their new Studio Theatre space. Directed by Katie Denten, David Zizic, and Rhys Steele.
Synopsis
In this timeless Neil Simon play, newly-minted teacher Leon is tasked with educating the people in a town cursed with chronic stupidity. In order to break the curse, Leon must educate the dumbest person in the village. Packed with puns and general buffoonery, this play will have actors and audience members alike laughing out-loud, non-stop!
Auditions
Auditions will be held September 9 from 6:00-9:00pm, and will consist of reading scenes from the script.
Performances
Performances will be held at Northbrook Community Center on November 6 and 7 at 7:00pm, and November 8 at 2:00pm.
