With Northbrook Park District’s variety of group fitness classes and an affordable workout area, staying fit in 2019 has never been easier.

Dance fitness, yoga, cardio workouts and low-impact exercises are available weekday mornings and evenings. Classes start the second week in January.

“Our group fitness classes are ideal for helping people stay motivated in the new year,” said Recreation Manager Meri Shea. “Working out with a group is a great way to find support, encouragement and inspiration to stay fit.”

Schedule your own workouts at The Ridge. Located at the Leisure Center, 3323 Walters Ave, The Ridge offers a comfortable, convenient workout space. Yearly membership is $120 for residents (18 and older) and $150 for non-residents. Senior membership for adults 65 and older is $95 a year for residents and $119 for non-residents. Personal training also is available.
