Program Survey Results
The Northbrook Park District is committed to providing outstanding programs and services. To measure our customer satisfaction, we survey program participants who have provided an email address. Our goal is to attain a rating of 5.0 or excellent, on a scale of 1-5. Our Customer Satisfaction Index is based on four criteria: quality, expectations, value and loyalty.
We appreciate customer feedback and review all comments. Program surveys are posted within four weeks after closing.
