The Northbrook Park District wants to help you get fit and stay fit! Our team of certified instructors is ready to guide you through an exercise program in a high-energy, non-intimidating environment.

- FIT Chicks
Kick your fitness program into gear with this boot camp program – for women only. Certified personal trainers from Escape 2 Fitness provide nutrition tips along with exercises to help you reach your goals and get in shape. All fitness levels are welcome. - Hot Mamas
This total body workout includes your baby for resistance and mom/baby bonding. Classes include cardio as well as strength exercises. Certified personal trainers help you stay healthy while spending time with your baby. All fitness levels are welcome. - Full Body Fitness
Join us for an hour of fat burning, slimming and trimming through high and low cardio combined with strength training for sculpting legs, arms, abs and glutes. - Wellness Workshops
Join us for an educational health and wellness program that offers free workshops with a focus on preventative care as the key to good health. You’ll receive practical information to improve your health and your life. The Park District is joining with the Foundation for Wellness Professionals™ to bring you this new series of workshops that stress good health by choice, not by chance.
